Current research shows that by training your attention through selected Mindfulness and meditative exercises, you can reduce stress, anxiety and depression, boost your immune system and strengthen your ability to focus your attention to where you want it to be. It has even been shown to change the architecture of your brain. These benefits have become widely accepted by scientists and the general public of all ages. Mindfulness training programs have been implemented in schools, sports, the military and corporate businesses, showing huge benefits for participants. HEALTH AND WELLBEING ONLINE MASTERCLASS Monday 3 August 7:00pm-8:00pm FREE for NCWQ members and $20 for the general public Online via Zoom, hosted by Dr Ira van der Steenstraten. To reserve your place, please contact NCWQ via Facebook, Instagram, or send us an email at [email protected].
