25.01.2022 AA1 Saturday Rangers seal back to back Minor Premiership wins in 2019 Saturday 3rd of August at Brazilian Fields in Centennial Park and our AA1 Saturday Rangers team took on Glebe Gorillas knowing a draw or win would see them crowned as back to back Saturday Division 1 Minor Premiers after achieving the same feat in 2018. The game was a close affair eventually ending 2-1 to our men. A great passing move lead to the opener from Rob Spinks in the first half. The lead was then d...oubled in the second half when Ben Tamplin converted a penalty. Glebe rallied late to get a goal of their own and ensure it was a tight finish but the team wearing Red and Black prevailed at the final whistle. Im lead to believe the well earned celebrations went on long into the night. The focus will now shift for the team to making sure they negotiate what will prove to be a very tough path to a Grand Final at the start of September. For now though from everyone at the club, congratulations to coaches Joe Ryan, Lee Crompton and the rest of the team for your extraordinary efforts over the past few seasons. The very best of luck too for the remainder of this one.

22.01.2022 2019 Competitive Junior Teams Semi Final round-up Its been an impressive showing from our competitive Junior sides again in 2019 with no less than 9 of them making it to at least the semi final stage. Congratulations to our G13 Wildcats, U14 Dragons, G15 Waterdragons and G15 Redbacks who made it through to the Semi final or Prelim final stages of their competitions.... 5 of the 9 teams will have the honour of contesting Grand Finals this weekend. We wish our U12 Regals, G13 Cheetahs, G15 Wombats, G17 Barcelona and G17 Jets the very best of luck as they compete for silverware. Congrats to all Queens Park Junior Players, Managers and Supporters for making it another great season for the club.

21.01.2022 2019 Spring Clinic Over 50 girls and boys attended the Queens Park FC Aldi Spring Clinic at Waverley Park Synthetic. The Clinic ran for 6 weeks under the tutelage of former Socceroos Gerry Gomez, John Doyle and local qualified coaches. Besides the great coaching, players received an Aldi Participant Pack of a football, shinpads, a water bottle, stickers and a boot bag. Well-done to all the participants who displayed excellent focus and effort during the 1 and a half hour sessions.BRING ON SEASON 2020!

13.01.2022 Its not everyday one of our very own QPFC originals get recruited to play for Sydney FC. Well done Charlize. *********************************************************... Like most footballers, Charlize’s football career began in the backyard. Her older brother Bailey playing an instrumental role in her development, making sure all of her early football was played against the boys. Charlize had to develop her technique quickly to keep up. And keep up she did. She kept playing with the boys when she joined Queens Park FC, before playing in the WNPL for Sydney Uni at just 11 years old. It wasn’t long before the NSW Institute of Sport team came calling, providing a professional platform for Charlize to continue her development. Shortly after, Ante Juric invited Charlize to join Sydney FC for training when she was still only 14. After a couple years training with Sydney, Charlize secured her first professional contract this year. Since 2019, Charlize has been part of the Junior Matildas setup, further proof that Sydney FC have one of Australian football’s most exciting young attacking midfielders on their books.
