Crackled pork knuckle, bratwurst sausage, crispy pork belly, chicken and pork shnitzel, sauerkraut and Apple sauce.. topped off with some house made slaw and hot chips, these guys were in heaven but I suspect now they're all in a food coma...

Sun 12pm-6pm Mon 12pm-7pm Knock back Wayne's AWESOME German brewed Coota Kolsch beer and wolf down a German inspired feast courtesy of yours truly and my good friends at The Tank Woodfired Pizza!! Q Shack bbq is situated in Lakes Entrance at the Red Bluff Brewers and at present we work Friday and Saturday evenings, with a view to longer opening hours over the Summer. We are looking for someone who can take orders, add up, handle cash and eftpos, assist in making burgers, arranging food platters and takeaway meals, clearing tables and washing up..!!
