25.01.2022 Another water treatment plant leaves our warehouse. The ChempaQ system has a treatment capacity of 70 kL per day. Custom designed for the needs of the application; This waste water treatment plant requires no liquid chemicals, it is self pH correcting and targets the removal of Hydrogen Sulphide, Ammonia and BOD amongst other substances.... Looking forward to commissioning!

20.01.2022 Apples with Apples At Qtech we are application focused. Product comparisons are critical in understanding the potential benefits for our clients. In this time laps video we compare Qtech product (rite) to our competitors product (left) for a mining application.... All aspects of sample type, volume and mixing duration were kept uniform for both. Product concentration for the purpose of this presentation was kept at 10 ppm (parts per million), and the actual time duration was approximately 10 min. It is clear that the Qtech settling rate is far superior to that of the competitor. This Equates to; Higher Sludge compaction, Lower Sludge processing volumes, Lower liquor return rate, Lower internal process flows, Lower energy cost, Increased clarification capacity, Increased processing efficiency, and most importantly a significant reduction in overall costs.
