13.01.2022 Good evening... Good morning and a very good day to our supporting quail lovers here!!! Mrs Q here :) As most of you know... The Quail Man is the main creator, care taker, and hard worker of our mini hobby farm... He doesn't do phones or social media ... That is where I come in to it all I have been away from social media this week and I must sent my deepest apologies to those who have messaged this week and no response has ben received BUT KNOW WE HAVE NOT MISSED SHIPPING ONE EGG ORDER!!! Please know it is very much unlike me... I am learning about a medical condition I have been diagnosed with and it has its ups and downs.... Whos life doesn't eh? And lol... I have sparked questions in sure So the inbox doesn't get fuller.. Ill explain I have lupus. Here is a brief google answer for lupus... Lupus is a systemic autoimmune disease that occurs when your body's immune system attacks your own tissues and organs. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs.... yadda yadda yadda. This is still no excuse for bad business practice and I have enlisted help from today to continue the strong customer relations we have already and expect to continue offering to all our quail lovers. I have always prided myself in having good customer service and public relations and for the last 28 years. I have managed and overseen some amazing and high profile companies, I owe a lot of my experience to the owners of these companies I was very pleased and honored to have worked and learnt from them, my trainers and my staff. And IF IT WAS NOT FOR ALL OF YOU THE QUAIL MAN WOULD NOT BE... THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU All messages will be attended to in order of priority this week. Again... Thankyou for your patience
