25.01.2022 One of the little projects we took on last minute is turning this old washroom and outhouse in to a budget friendly, functional bathroom for an elderly lady and it needs to be done ASAP. With no planning or prior preparation at all we have flown into this completely blind as currently her facilities are impractical and a hazard for a lady of 93 to navigate. Day one demolition Can't say it got of to a great start as we have almost blown our budget, the original concrete floor was constructed of 50mm of broken bricks and 50mm of concrete causing it to sink up to 20mm in one particular corner and was completely unsuitable for laying tiles.
