24.01.2022 We have been very pleased with the new 3D printer that We acquired in the last week or so. Trophies often have need of replacement fittings or attachments, Plaques and other display awards often need some customisation that cannot be achieved with the existing equipment. The quality of the finished products has been consistently good enough for Richard to consider adding 3D printing as another service that We can provide to Our existing and future customers.... Here is a time lapse video ( https://youtu.be/ktZFE5Uj6hY ) of a 13mm poly tube adaptor that was created to feed water to a set of chicken water cups. Richard has assured Us that it' was in the name of testing for future customer jobs - just happens the test result was MUCH better than expected. 22.01.2022 Go The Mini Saints ! Excellent end to a tough year (y)

22.01.2022 Conversion plate mounted, hotend mounted, eccentric nut adjusted, drive belt connected and tensioned. Now to run the cable for the extruder stepper motor. This means removing the cable wrapping - done, the turn printer on it's side, to access the motherboard. Then tidy up the wiring, check the screws and cable ties, firmware adjustments and it's almost ready to start printing again.... Last step will be to run the automated print bed levelling system and store that matrix in the eeprom of the printer motherboard. Then it will be time for a test print, maybe adjustments to the filament loading and unloading system - then onto the first customer jobs. Stay tuned !

Statements were always paid ahead of the terms given and We'd always been as polite as possible when dealing with them. It's paid off !... We placed an order this morning, it arrived this afternoon, when it's usually next day to cross the whole width of the city. Excellent stuff

09.01.2022 Here is the down sized showroom, part of one shelf. We decided that keeping an updated showroom was just not viable, with the limited customer visits due to the main part of the interaction being over the phone and emails. Coupled with the fact that We have the catalogs available for download, customers rarely request physical copies of them - so We're cut the number of catalogs on hand, but they're still available, upon request. ... We're here and will be for years to come. Looking forward dealing with your requirements soon
