22.01.2022 WE'RE STILL OPEN Dear Valued Qual-Trim Customer, As you are aware with the Covid-19. pandemic, this is an extremely challenging time for any business to be operating. With the Australian Government announcing stricter measures to combat the spread we wanted to take this opportunity to communicate some minor changes we’ve made to our policies. ... The vast majority of our customers are involved in industries which are still considered an essential services. As a business dedicated to supporting you, we will continue to remain open with our usual business hours, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Fridays 8am to 3pm. We are encouraging all our customers to call or email with enquirers on (03) 5339 1478 or [email protected] We will endeavor to provide solutions that limit the contact between our team members and customers as much as possible. To ensure the health & safety of our customers, employees and families we please ask when visiting our shed that you do not go past the chained off area, one of our staff members will be able to assist from the designated customer area. We'd also appreciate when paying for our services, that you use EFTPOS over cash. We have also provided hand sanitizer at our front counter to ensure we’re all practicing healthy hand hygiene. We will also be taking this opportunity to remind you to keep 1.5m distance and minimize the surfaces you touch.
