10.01.2022 After 20 days of water fasting my wonderful husband, Ross, and I are breaking our water fast with a fresh cold pressed orange juice. The flavors are amazing. Fasting, in particular water fasting has so many benefits including assisting with ailments in the body, disease, resetting your digestive system and so much more. It is the fastest way to healing, according to the ancients.
