Shannon is an amazing human being and therapist and will be leading the new clinical pilates classes. on Tuesday and Saturday mornings at 9am. ... FREE 1st class for all Chiro patients this week. Suitable for absolute beginners and advanced athletes. This is a clinical class not a fitness class, specifically designed for rehabilitation. Message "Pilates Tuesday" or "Pilates Saturday" below to register for your FREE class this week. Classes are $25 per session or $140 for a pack of 8 sessions.
