As I began to love myself I found that anguish... and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is Authenticity. As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call this Respect. As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call this Maturity. As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call this Self-Confidence. As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is Love of Oneself. As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is Modesty. As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it Fulfillment. As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection Wisdom of the Heart. We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing, new worlds are born. Today I know: This is Life!

13.01.2022 Today, the 20th June, is the Solstice and it leads us into the New Moon/Solar Eclipse tomorrow on the 21st June. The energy right now is so powerful... light co...des are streaming onto the Earth through the Solstice/ Eclipse Portal. The Solstice is always a time of "balance and return" where Sacred energies urge us to let go of what we no longer need and find the lightness and balance that we desire in our Heart. In June 2020 we are especially aware that we need to "dive deep" and also encounter the darkness and the heaviness that is so prominent in the collective energy, and release and balance so that so that we can come into balance with our Galactic and Cosmic heritage and consciousness. The Eclipse tomorrow focusses on the Divine Feminine energy, with the New Moon in Cancer flowing with Lunar Codes of Renewal, and the Solar Eclipse grounding Fiery new Codes. The Divine Feminine is stepping into her Solar Power and her Golden Light. She is expanding to be the energy of Renewal for the New Earth. This is a Sacred moment, when we need to be aware of our own Divine Feminine power of Creativity and Manifestation and how we can hold our vision of the New Earth and bring it into Reality. 09.01.2022 #astrology We are heading at speed towards the energy peak of the year in less than 3 weeks' time. This is the Total Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius on the 14th De...cember that has incredibly intense energy of the old and the new. Then on the Winter Solstice we have the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn on 21st December, truly hailing the birth of the new age. I will be writing much more about these events over the coming month. This is an incredibly concentrated period of time, and I believe not only the biggest opportunity of our lifetimes but of many lifetimes to shift our consciousness. I cannot emphasise that enough. We have to maximise this window of opportunity to make a quantum leap. Although all of us will be experiencing a major upgrade, many people may not notice this, and from that point on we are on a greater spread of individual timelines, as the gap between low-frequency 3D reality and the New Earth will be greater than we have ever known. Yes we are being helped by many things; the gamma high-frequency light pouring onto the Earth, the galactic pulse that is due to arrive on the Winter Solstice, benevolent galactic help, the Earth upgrading herself as her magnetic core shifts, and of course the astrology itself which is very promising for a whole new age. However as human beings we always have freewill, and the Lunar Eclipse on the 30th in Gemini is about choices (the Twins) and about our thinking and our mindset. We would be very wise to do everything we can to raise our frequency as we head into this period, only 3-4 weeks away now. I believe that as we go into the Winter Solstice whatever frequency we are at (joy, love, gratitude, appreciation - or anger, hate, confusion) will become magnified at that time, signified by Jupiter in Aquarius. So to make the most of this incredible opportunity become very conscious of your choices of where you are putting your attention and your energy, and the resultant frequency at which you are operating. In any spare time I have, I am either out in nature loving the trees and the colours, or meditating, doing breath work and doing everything I can to be at the best place for what is to come. I will not only be helping myself in this quantum leap to get on a higher timeline, but helping the collective too as our frequency is always feeding back to that. As I say, some people may not feel the energy on that day, for others it may happen gradually over the coming months, but know that all of us will experience a DNA and consciousness upgrade then because of the surge of energy coming into the Earth. Of course there are always opportunities to evolve, but this is a massive one. I, for one, do not want to be caught napping during this transformational period, especially on the Winter Solstice!
