This will result in the following changes to the vehicle and pedestrian access in Cressy Street: The Waring Gardens side of Cressy Street will be opened to one way traffic from Edwardes Street. 45 degree parking will be available. The Business side of Cressy Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from Napier Street Pedestrian access will be maintained to businesses during business hours.
