This time swimming 400 x 50m laps to raise money for REACH OUT, a national organisation doing everything they can for suicide prevention amongst young Australians. Phil will swim 400 x 50m laps in Merewether Baths to raise the money. you can throw him a gold coin for a lap or 2 or even 400 or donate at the link below. Every little bit counts.
