23.01.2022 Another Aggregate Feed Bin refurbishment completed by QPS for a valued customer. This job required removal of the steel internal wear plates, needle gun scaling to remove years of excessive and scaly corrosion from the bin internals and headboards. Abrasive blasting and painting internally and externally using glass flake epoxy and Interthane. Rather than refit the corroded and worn chute plates, QPS opted for a wear resistant UHMW-PE wear liner package which is sealed to prevent further corrosion, and whilst offer optimum wear resistance.

20.01.2022 Our Christmas shut work has begun with John assembling this gas burner tube for one of our valued customers. John and the team will be installing it next week when the remaining items are removed from site and delivered back to our workshop for the refurbishment works to begin :)

20.01.2022 Our QPS team relocated this office from one of our customer's sites to another of their sites. We painted the building and built the deck. The finished product is amazing! :)

07.01.2022 QPS recently completed an onsite Conveyor refurbishment for one of our valued customers. The project included a new fabricated section of Conveyor, new trough frames and installation underneath our client's batching bins. Due to the acidic environment, the new conveyor was coated in Glass Flake Epoxy and top coated in Urethane Epoxy to help protect the structural surfaces. The install team did a great job with all work completed, without splitting the belt and the need for cranes.
