Located in the heart of Gungahlin, the Club provides a welcoming environment for the large Canberran community to gather, socialise and connect.

08.01.2022 Furphy’s Street Café, a great new addition to Merrylands RSL. Furhpy’s Café was recently completed as part of the refurbishment works designed By Quattro Architecture. The idea supported by Council in creating a more active building street frontage. The Café attracts patrons in the morning and evening commute to and from Merrylands Train station.

06.01.2022 We are excited to announce that the Merrylands RSL ‘Master Plan’ has been approved. Congratulations to the board and staff of MRSL for its vision and patience. The approval represents a staged development pathway for the future totalling a construction value of circa $300 mil. The project consists of a mix of uses, including club facilities, residential flat accommodation, retail, and common space. Critical to its success is being able to complete the works whilst maintaining facilities for the club’s 70,000 members. The project design team lead by Quattro Architecture and Boston Blyth Fleming Town Planning has successfully designed a development that can achieve staged approvals to reach this goal within the Master Plan.
