25.01.2022 There is another curbside clean up on Monday 20th March so time for a clean out. For anyone that has things lying around in the car park now is the time.

25.01.2022 Security measures have now been installed to enter the ground and first floor carparks. We all need to swipe our access swipes to enter the carparks as well as exiting.

25.01.2022 There has been a few storerooms broken into can you please check to see if yours is one & if anything has been stolen. Please ensure no one follows you in PLEASE!!! Do not let anyone up to any floor if no swipe!!!!!!

23.01.2022 The mobile number of the new Quattro front door intercom system is 0490 115 748. If you put this into your Contacts it will appear on your mobile phone when someone one buzzes you from the front door to be let in. Then press # or * to let them in.

22.01.2022 The eastern side roller door is broken and cant be repaired until Monday. Can you please ensure your cars are locked and secured when you park them on level 1 and 2, and make sure you properly close all external doors

22.01.2022 The Council of Owners have closed the gym and meeting room on level 9. They have also sent out a letter to all owners for their tenants about living at Quattro in the time of covid-19. Please wash your hands when entering the building and dont use your hand to push the lift buttons. Stay safe and let the Caretaker know if youre self-isolating.

22.01.2022 Please keep in mind that if you are out on balconies at night noise travels as it is quiet at night. We have been receiving complaints so please be considerate.

21.01.2022 Power is out in a number of buildings in East Perth- safest to stay in your apartment. Western Power is working on fixing problems

20.01.2022 Leon the drug dealer on level 8 was raided and arrested by police last night. Hopefully hes due a long holiday and Quattro returns to being safe and secure as we want it to be.

20.01.2022 The Quattro lobby will be renovated between Friday 10-17 January. The front door will be replaced with a wider one on Monday 13 January. While this is happening access to the lifts will be by the rear ground floor car park and side lane way. Painting is scheduled for the 16th January. Please take care during this period.

19.01.2022 Power was out in 5 buildings along Hay St this morning between 2-6am, including Quattro. Western Power fixed problem and only issue you may have is brown water in your bathroom for a few minutes.

18.01.2022 Please note that Water Board has advised that water to Quattro will be turned OFF this Monday from 9am to 1pm (and maybe a bit longer??). Maybe store some in jars etc before then.

18.01.2022 EAST PERTH DRUG ARREST Perth Police have charged three men as a result of their investigation which commenced in December 2016 in relation to the selling of ill...icit drugs in East Perth. Inquiries by officers led to the execution of a several drug search warrant on a unit in Hay Street, East Perth on 19 December 2016, 9 February 2017, 6 April 2017 and 8 May 2017. It will be alleged officers located and seized: Approximately 59 grams of Methylamphetamine; Approximately 0.72gm Heroin; One MDMA tablet; Various prescription drugs including over 250 tablets of different types mostly Dexamphetamine; Cash in excess of $20,000; 70 electronic devices including phones, tablets, laptops and Weapons including knives, mobile phone Taser and extendable baton. A 50 year old man of East Perth is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 6 June 2017, charged with: - Four counts of Possess Prohibited Drug; - Eight counts of Unlawful Possession; - Two counts of Possess Prohibited Drug with Intent to Sell/Supply; - Two counts of Possess Drug Paraphernalia and - One count of Possess Prohibited Weapon. A 22 year old Armadale man is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 13 June 2017, charged with: - One count of Possess Prohibited Drug with Intent to Sell/Supply; - One count of Unlawful Possession and - One count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A 23 year old man of East Perth is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 22 June 2017, charged with: - Two counts of Possess Prohibited Drug; - Seven counts of Unlawful Possession; - Two counts of Possess Prohibited Drug with Intent to Sell/Supply; - One count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia and - One count of Criminal Damage.

16.01.2022 Crane lifting new Optus tower to top of of Quattro this Sunday between 12-5pm. If your apartment faces Hay St you probably should not be in it during this time, especially if on levels 7-9. Hay St will be closed too. Dave Worth

14.01.2022 A new intercom system is being installed on Thursday that will send a request to enter the building and go to your floor via your mobile phone, and not the handset in your apartment. It requires you to provide your mobile number to the Strata Manager Pat McMahon by tomorrow night. Please see Donal the Caretaker if you want more information on this new process for accessing Quattro. NOTE- your swipe cards will still work to get you into Quattro.

13.01.2022 21/5/2017 4.10pm I'm afraid the elevators are out of action in the building. The technician has been called and will attend asap.

09.01.2022 The Quattro building was one of 5 along Hay St that lost power between 2-6am this morning until Western Power came and repaired it- you may notice very brown water in your bathroom for a few minutes until it clears.

This means we can reopen the facilities on level 9 (except the pool) with the following limits- * 2 residents at any time in the gym. * 4 people at any time in the conference room. * 6 people at any time at the BBQ.... Please continue observing the 1.5m social distancing rules. Hopefully we can ease these limits fully in the near future. Stay safe and healthy.

05.01.2022 The installation of the new Optus tower affected the TV reception for the building. The Caretaker has now had this repaired and all should be good!

04.01.2022 The painting of Quattro will begin next week. On Tuesday 17 October the entry to the carparks on levels 1 & 2 will be closed from 7am to 4pm so we can paint that part of the building- please note you won't be able to use this entrance between these hours

04.01.2022 ADVANCE NOTICE The outside of Quattro will be painted (for the first time in 11 years) starting 16 October and finishing about 15 December. We will have a new colour scheme too. The painters will need to access your balconies from the outside to paint them and the railings- more details closer to the date.
