20.01.2022 Earlier this year, our Construction division were engaged to design and construct a new outdoor area at Rosemeadow Marketplace that was low maintenance. Taking into account the existing typography of the site, features, and plantation - our team were able to enhance customer engagement and use by establishing a new outdoor area, implementing new DDA ramps for customer/shopper ease of travel, balustrades, attractive garden beds with new native plantation blending in with existing. With a tight two week programme, our team delivered on time with zero defects creating new offices, new meeting rooms, new kitchen area, new collaborative spaces, new breakout area and implementation of new furniture. The transformation has brought a significant level of warmth, homely feel that's inviting, fun and vibrant.
