10.01.2022 New practice space. Might be a good model for Iyengar yoga practitioners. Does require preparedness to commit a room to a practice space. Something very special about a space that is only used for yoga and meditation, or perhaps afternoon naps. Takes on a tone that can affect the psychological condition. Just place oneself in the space and see what happens. After a zoom class with Gulnaz Dashti, last Sunday, pulled left over grab rails out of the cobwebs and set up a wall. Will now put energy into main studio, with a view to starting classes again in the new year. Will give an update, as it gets closer. Best to all
