12.01.2022 Hi Guys, just a quick message thank you all for your support regarding the review that was posted by a supposed 'food crictic' who is involved with celebrities + TV. He clearly doesn't know our town or what people want, as a business we have traded for over 13 years, never have we experienced such deformative feedback. As you all are aware we have wonderful staff + food and yes we are an extremely busy hotel. I would like to ask you all to please write a review or a comment on your experience at the Queenshead Hotel! Please share the love and let's show this Food Critic we don't need his reviews in Ballarat, maybe he should go back to being a celebrity or whatever he is!
