16.01.2022 The men’s music and health group, Shedding the Blues, met yesterday for the first time since their official launch way back in February. Each week they have been getting together through Zoom to chat, play a few songs and check in on each other but yesterday was a big day when 10 men (plus supervisor), under DHHS Covid rules, could come together at the Rotunda in Citizen’s Park Queenscliff and belt out a few tunes for an hour. From novices to accomplished guitarist, ukulele playing and beat boxing it was so delightful to be in the fresh air with others doing what they love. We look forward to repeating this across the Bellarine on a fortnightly basis.
