23.01.2022 Finding leaks is 100% like finding a needle in a haystack. This leak would open up every month or so with expansion and then seal again!! There were actually two leaks , one on the tee like a tear drop every now and again and the other in the concrete slab surrounded by steel reinforcing. This leak about the size of a pin prick , couldnt even photograph it ! Elated to finally have found it.

06.01.2022 As a Grandfather in the industry now with many offspring, I feel I have come of age to share some of my sayings to some of these whipper snappers. While captive under the house today,digging out tonnes of mud, I told them one that Ive used for years . That is never give a job to a man that you wouldnt do yourself. ... Of course Dan has heard them all for many years that he can recite them like a parrot . As can many others So we had a really good dig in mud that you had to scrape off the shovel with each shovel full. 12 cubic metres of mud done The lads really spun when I said the 2 tonne of gravel was arriving without a crane Geez they were pleased when the truck turned up with a crane I then told them the old story of when I was 17 , no cranes then. We used to get rounded up to unload trucks by hand . Lifted onto your shoulders by a bloke on the back of the truck . 40kg ( not 20kg like todays) bags of concrete, cement , sand on your shoulders and walked into the construction site . No pallet jacks etc . Its no wonder I can remember it !!. The same went for steel and cast iron pipe. Look at Josh so happy the load landed in the front yard. Ive never been tame on watches , they get hammered. This Garmin is hanging in there though
