He clearly doesnt know our town or what people want, as a business we have traded for over 13 years, never have we experienced such deformative feedback. As you all are aware we have wonderful staff + food and yes we are an extremely busy hotel. I would like to ask you all to please write a review or a comment on your experience at the Queenshead Hotel! Please share the love and lets show this Food Critic we dont need his reviews in Ballarat, maybe he should go back to being a celebrity or whatever he is!
