12.01.2022 Today's Mystery Drive has been cancelled due to the amount of rain received overnight. (90mm on the trip route). But hey we aren't complaining. Just hoping this rain gets to where it is needed the most. Have a happy wet Saturday.

12.01.2022 We all know that due to COVID-19 that trips have had to be cancelled or postponed. This weekend the Queensland 4x4 Club had 2 trips in the calendar. 1. The annual Fraser Island Cleanup celebrating its 20th anniversary, and... 2. The Wild West Mystery Tour. Thanks to Club Members Simon & Emily for hosting a Zoom meeting with trip registrants (and ring ins) for the Wild West trip. We got to relive the itinerary with descriptions from our trip leaders on what would have been day 1 including stops at: Blackbutt Bakery, Kaimkillenbun Pub, Possum Park just outside of Miles and final stop at Leichhardt Hotel Taroom for the night. By all accounts it would have been a big day! Tomorrow night we will meet on Zoom at 5pm with Happy Hour and find out what our trip leaders had planned for us for day 2. Looking forward to being able to do the trip in the future.

12.01.2022 Who else has missed this? Some of our club members made the most of their weekend and had an impromptu camping trip. It was cold, they had a fire and kept their distances.
