20.01.2022 Gelbvieh results from Ekka 2019. A huge congratulations to all the exhibitors at the Ekka last week. There was a small but quality showing which attracted alot of interest from spectators. Kevlor Lady in Red P208, exhibited by Annie Minehan first in the heifer 12 to 16 month class.... Aurum Pumpkin exhibited by Amanda Weber second. Norolle Lady in Red N40 exhibited by Aderian and Julie Nixon first in heifer 16 to 20 month heifer class. Junior Champion female went to Norolle Lady in Red Reserve Junior Champion female went to Kevlor Lady in Red P208. Weetalabah Pump Action P223 won the 12 to 14 month bull class. Weetalabah Phantom won 16 to 20 month bull class. Junior Champion bull to Weetalabah Phantom. Reserve Junior Champion Bull to Weetalabah Pump Action. Weetalabah Willy N206 exhibited by Thomas Bewick won the 20 to 30 month female class Kevlor Daisy M076 won the 36 to 42 month heifer class. Kevlor Daisy won Senior Champion Female. Weetalabah Willy won Reserve Senior Champion Female. Mickey Mouse Nite Ryder exhibited by Aleacea Nixon first in 20 to 30 month bull class Kevlor Nitro exhibited by Annie Minehan was second. ATG Nugget exhibited by Brian Kaddatz was third. Senior Champion Bull to Mickey Mouse Nite Ryder. Reserve Senior Champion Bull to Kevlor Nitro. Grand Champion female to Norolle Lady in Red N40 Grand Champion Male to Weetalabah Phantom Aderian and Julie Nixon also won the Most Successful Exhibitor trophy Donated by Alison and Clyde Johnson.

09.01.2022 The AGM was held on Saturday at Weetalabah Gelbvieh, Dulacca. Was a great get together of members, we had a lovely catch up, lunch and look over some wonderful Gelbvieh cattle. All executive positions remain the same. Here's to some much needed rain for all. Go Gelbvieh!!!
