19.01.2022 Queensland Cake Decorators Sunshine Coast Branch, are running a course. Anyone interested in doing a beginners class, or know someone who is interested. Please contact Maureen Edmonds ASAP on 54 468 645 or [email protected] Classes will be held at the Woombye state school, 95 pine grove rd, Woombye. The course will run for three weeks 9am to 11am Saturdays 9th, 16th and 23rd of November. You will learn; Week one, make your own fondant and covering a cake. Week two,... making decorations for the cake. Flowers and novelty. Week three, some piping and putting it all together. List of requirements will be sent out to each student. 19.01.2022 As a Thai cake Decorator, I proudly present to you this heartfelt exhibit "The Queens". I have been working as a cake dec...orator for 7 years. There are so many times I felt discouraged, thinking that people don't realize the value of the work. They saw it as just a piece of cake. Sometimes I want to quit. But after I had joined in this event last year, and had met those who share the same passion, their enthusiasm and passion empowered and inspired me to continue on this path. I would like to express my gratitude to the cake international, to the United Kingdom, to the audience, to all of you here for providing me with this unrivalled opportunity. So I created this showpiece "The Queens" to convey the historical traditions the two kingdoms the UK and Thailand have shared and passed down from generation to generation and still exists nowadays.
