11.01.2022 With covid-19 government restrictions, all sourdough and cheesemaking workshops are suspended for the next couple of months. All previous attendees are still welcome to email or text me with their questions :) . I enjoy teaching people about fermented foods and I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge with school children and adults alike. Particularly in regional centres where opportunities are reduced. I'm determined to continue to run my workshops when its safe to do so. Im currently investigating online options. In the meantime be safe.

Im chuffed to have an opportunity to introduce people to the art of cheese-making and sourdough baking. I loved sharing my passion and knowledge.
