24.01.2022 Congratulations to our newest member into the butchers hall of fame. Lachlan Small completed his apprenticeship today with honours. The honours come from not only his abilities but his nature and the fact he has made many friends within the meat industry far and wide.

Tasks include slicing and packing smallgoods and basic rotation of incoming product amongst many other smaller tasks.
