21.01.2022 The Queensland Institute of Sport (QIS) School Sports Program is up and running for Term 4 with around 3500 Primary school students and 90 school-based trainee coaches involved each week with the QIS coaching staff. Schools in Brisbane, Gold Coast and soon on the Sunshine Coast are all involved. There is a lot to 'Like' about this program. 15.01.2022 QIS school holiday catch-up theory and practical training is back up and running with sessions taking place in Brisbane and in the Gold and Sunshine Coasts this week and next week Jan 20-24. Don't miss your opportunity to get on top of your training requirements heading in 2014. For further details call head office on 1300 656693.

13.01.2022 Even though school holidays were still on, around 100 school based students attended the 2 weeks of block training in Brisbane and on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts to make the best start possible to their Certificate 3 and Sport and Recreation studies for 2014.

13.01.2022 A great student attendance at the first week of school holiday 'block training' from Palm Beach-Currumbin (Gold Coast South), Brisbane up to the Sunshine Coast with over 100 study modules completed. Block training continues this week at the new ASA/QIS office at Southport on the Gold Coast. 10.01.2022 Exciting - First day of training at the new QIS/ASA office and dedicated training rooms. QIS students are welcome to attend 'block' theory catch-up training for the remainder of this week during the school holidays.
