06.01.2022 BETTER THAN YESTERDAY Off-season rugby league development program run by Former Qld Police Rugby League Head Coach Lincoln McLeod. Did you know Kobe Bryant once took up tap dancing to improve his ‘craft’? That’s right. See, the best become the best because they have a mindset of being great at getting better. They put in the work to make sure they are BETTER THAN YESTERDAY! ... Southside sessions commence: Saturday, 7 November 2020. Northside sessions commence: Sunday, 8 November 2020. Program will be conducted over 6 consecutive weekends. Each session is a minimum of 2 hours working on the technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects of rugby league. This is a small group program for maximum individual benefits. Each session’s group will be capped at 8 athletes so get in early. Suitable for ages 13 and above, and for all skills levels.
