24.01.2022 Following the exciting announcement that the 2020 Suncorp Super Netball competition is coming to Queensland, round 1-6 for the Queensland Firebirds has been released The Birdies will play 6 games Although round 5 is being played at Nissan Arena, it is classed as an away game! Stay tuned for more details this week. We are thrilled to be welcoming the SSN to our home!

23.01.2022 One more sleep until another big night of Suncorp Super Netball The West Coast Fever will take on the Melbourne Vixens at 5:00pm and the Queensland Firebirds will face the NSW Swifts at 7:30pm! A very limited number of tickets are available via the link below ... 21.01.2022 Following the news this morning of a small, concentrated cluster of new COVID-19 cases in Queensland, Nissan Arena has sought clarity regarding the status of our upcoming community bookings and events. Both the Department of Sport and Recreation and Queensland Health have confirmed that ALL are fine to proceed as normal due to our previously approved industry safety plans. It is important that all patrons that visit Nissan Arena continue to observe social distancing protocols, and that ALL participants adhere to the track and trace procedures (QR Code/Sign in) that have been implemented. On Saturday the Melbourne Vixens defeated defending champions the NSW Swifts by 3, and the GIANTS Netball came away with a 15 point win against the Collingwood Magpies Netball On Sunday the Queensland Firebirds had their second win of the season (and at home) in a nail-biting finish against the Adelaide Thunderbirds, and the West Coast Fever came out strong against the Sunshine Coast Lightnin...g, finishing with a 24 point win What a weekend of netty!
