25.01.2022 Whats an emergency vehicle?

24.01.2022 ***WEDNESDAY: SEQLD / NENSW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS & RAIN WITH HEAVY FALLS & FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED*** Please read this important forecast as some heavy rain & f...lash flooding could become very dangerous! An upper cut off low will remain over Southern inland QLD causing high instability levels along with turning with height winds. A surface trough is expected to be located through Southern inland QLD & Northern inland NSW with VERY high moisture levels to its East. This combination will lead to scattered thunderstorms and rain areas developing again tomorrow morning into the night. SEVERE thunderstorms are very likely ANYWHERE in the red circled area containing heavy rainfall and flash flooding. Some VERY DANGEROUS stationary storms are very possible with extremely heavy rainfall leading to severe flash flooding. The upper low will tilt from North East to South West during the afternoon night and also induce a mid level trough through the South East Coast, Ranges and into North East NSW. Rain areas and storms (stationary to very slow moving and even training) with moderate to heavy falls and locally very heavy falls are forecast to develop from tomorrow afternoon into the night and through until Thursday morning in the pink circled area. Falls of 100mm + are very possible. Please closely monitor the situation and our live updates and warnings tomorrow while being prepared to take action if flash flooding eventuates. Our HSC high resolution SEQLD & NENSW storm and rainfall forecast maps & text are available on our website here > https://higginsstormchasing.com/higgins-storm-chasing-memb/ See more

02.01.2022 Attention Chinchilla! Queensland firefighters respond to a range of rescue related emergencies, a large majority of which are Road Crash Rescues. The same equipment and techniques is also applied at incidents involving rail and aviation incidents.... The crew at Chinchilla Fire and Rescue Station are looking for vehicles to use for road crash rescue training to prepare for these unfortunate events when they occur. Road Crash Rescue training allows the team to practice techniques and improve their skills to rescue victims from crashed vehicles. If you or someone you know has a vehicle in any condition that the crew may be able to use for training and you are willing to donate it please message us on this page. You may help save a life!
