11.01.2022 Our first QPA Cocktail Catch Up was a huge success! Firstly thank you to our Youth Advisory Committee led by Tom Cobon and Louisa Mullins, to all our ticket purchasers without your commitment this would have not been possible finally a huge thank you to our MC Matt Johnson but mainly Sammi McGrath for keeping us all entertained. Our 2020 award winners were- QPA Management Committee Lyn Goodsell... Lesley Landrigan QPA Life Members Christine Franklin Rodney Geppert Arthur Earle Patrons Trophy Paul McGrath Hall Of Fame Kent Wells As Mike said on the night, these awards are not a reflection of our 2020 season but a lifetime of dedication and commitment our sport. 05.01.2022 QPA Youth Coaching A huge thank you to all the coaches for giving their time today also a massive thank you to all children for attending!! A wonderful effort by parents also. Thanks Tansey for hosting us, what a success! Look forward to seeing you all in the 2021 season.

05.01.2022 Dear Queensland Polocrosse Members, It is with great sadness that I advise the passing of Peter Crauford a long time member of the Australian polocrosse community. When I first met Peter in 1982 he was president of the Tintinara club in South Australia and also the South Australian president. His love of the game which he shared with his family guided SA polocrosse through a period of activity with up to 10 clubs playing from the Flinders ranges to Mt Gambier.... After moving to Victoria, Peter went on to be the President of the PAA and then the IPA. The enthusiasm and generosity which Peter brought to our sport will be missed and from the QPA I would like to pass on our condolences to his wife Elizabeth and family, Charles , Phillipa and Hugh and their families.
