25.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As our events are held at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre we are currently awaiting the councils position on events at the Centre. We did in...itially believe the would have an update today but have now been advised that they are likely to have this in the next day or two. We havent cancelled the event yet in the hopes that we may be able to run a smaller version of the event but will keep you updated either way as soon as we have more information. We appreciate all your support and engagement and as riders ourselves we do love competitions but also need to act in line with health and council advice.

23.01.2022 We are fortunate in QLD to be running events and are excited to announce our next committee meeting for Tuesday 3rd November, 7pm at QSEC indoor meeting room (the front of the indoor at the car park) to plan out 2021! We invite anyone interested in 2021 events to join either in person or via video link (email us for video). It is a great committee with a team that are either avid riders or heavily involved in the equestrian community and take pride in delivering events and ha...ving fun doing it. We are having 2 rings. 50cm to 80cm ... 90cm + If you are able to help set up or pack up you will receive a free round of jumping. Min 1hr helping required. If packing up free round will be for next jump club. Times for set up: 4.30pm Saturday and 7am Sunday. Looking forward to seeing you all at our first jump club. Limited food/drink avaliable On the day.

23.01.2022 Hi everyone, as our committee is very small with only 4 people and 3 able to attend this Sunday we are putting a call out for helpers. We will be setting up Saturday afternoon at 3.30. As only 3 of us to run 2 rings we would appreciate everyone helping during the day, picking up rails ect. We run these event for YOU. If we don't get the help we won't run events. 22.01.2022 Good evening riders, The draw has been now been published on equip, if you have any issues or changes please let us know ON THE DAY. As it is looking like it will rain prior to the event we have been able to move the training day into the INDOOR arena. Because of this change we will be running ONE ring only. Please check your height times and be ready to ride early. ... Course walk is at 7.30 with the first class starting at 8am. We do not have a lot of rounds for each height this weekend so please be ready to ride early. We will not hold the ring to wait for riders who are not ready. ALL PARKING is at the stable complex the entry to this is via Old Gympie Road as PARKING to the grass oval could be delayed as next door have an event on. Please remember this is a COVID safe event it will be a requirement of riding to be signed in via the nominate.com.au app and hand in a Horse Health Dec. 15.01.2022 Day 1 done and dusted. Day 2 information below. Both rings course walk 7am first rider at 7.30am. You will need to check in and get a NEW armband (pretty purple this time).... If you have any changes please do so early in the morning, if the changes cause any extra money owed to the club. Please bring cash to pay the difference. NO changes after class has started. HHD will need to be handed in prior to your round (if you have not already done so). Please remember to tag our class sponsors if you win or place, they are the ones giving you the prize money support them back. I think that's it, I'm off to bed see you all in the morning.

15.01.2022 UPDATE SEPTEMBER COMPETITION The program for our 2 day event held on 12th and 13th of September will be out shortly. This event will be held in the outside grass arenas at QSEC.... Covering classes from 60cm to 140cm.

07.01.2022 Good Morning Everyone! We are so thankful to be in QLD and be able to get out and jump - its also really important that we abide by QLD Health requirements so ...we keep it that way! To look after our state and health and have a successful day today please read and follow the below points - Ensure you download the nominate app and use the scan to sign in for every person on the grounds Or if you cant manually sign in at the sign in desk - ensure maintain 1.5min distance and regularly wash your hands (toilets in raised block) - please follow the draw and regularly check the times in equipe, as people scratch throughout the day we often find ourselves running ahead of schedule! - we really appreciate any assistance! Poles and height changes are a big one (remember to wash your hands before and after) - there is also a dressage competition on so please be mindful of your fellow horse riders as they compete! - this is a training day so 2min/round - you can skip a jump, do circles theres no elimination! Make the most of training as all the competitions start again - QSEC have advised that there is a no dog rule (yes our own are at home ) - where possible please park in the grass area around the arena and leave the grass patch that leads to the stables free for the dressage horses traffic - there is a food van that will be over at the Indoor arena - have fun, enjoy that we are out and about again, maintain social distancing and lets appreciate being out again!

07.01.2022 We are excited to host the September Classic 12th & 13th September This Event will be run under the Covid-SAFE event plan and will require the nominate app to be installed and check in check out. It will be run in the outdoor grass arena to ensure it meets these requirements. Program will be published late Sunday 23 August and nominations will open on Equipe at 7pm Tuesday 25th August... 05.01.2022 Afternoon Riders. SOME REMINDERS: 1- Please remember to download the Nominate app and to check in each rider and helper. 2- Have your Horse Health Dec ready when you arrive. This will make it quicker for everyone to get ready as we have an early start.... 3 - The committee are volunteers giving up a lot of time so you have an event to ride at. BE considerate if things are not going to plan we are doing the best we can with a small committee and a huge number of horses and riders. ANY help would be appreciated. 4 - Start times are EARLY 6.30 course walk 7am start for Ring 1 and 7 am course walk and 7.30am start for Ring 2. This is so we could accommodate the number of nominations and more people get the opportunity to ride. NOTE ** Riders will not be able to ride on course until they have checked in, handed in a HHD and have an armband on. If you have not done this you will not be able to enter the arena, unfortunately we are under COVID regulations that will be enforced. **

04.01.2022 Really looking forward to our first event for the year after the April Gold Cup was cancelled! Saturday classes are full with reserve lists but we still have so...me spaces on the Sunday. If you want to make any changes to existing entries you can do so up to 12pm Monday 7th September. If you are no longer able to make it please remove your entry in equipe before then and there will be no charge and it will give people on the reserve lists a chance. 04.01.2022 Hi Everyone Thank you for your ongoing support and engagement. As a community it has been a very interesting time in how it has affected lives and livelihoods. As we are located at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre anything we do is based on the centre being open (including if we wanted to do small members only jump days when that stage is allowed). ... The centre is still closed but when the restrictions allow and centre opening occurs we will definitely see what we can do. Hope you are all staying safe and well and we look forward to jumping again

Draws for the first classes in the ring have been updated so please check! This includes the 1.10 and the 60cm after the scratchings over night. Please remember to work to draw order and we will start jumping at 7.30am so if you are the first 5 riders you should already be at the warm up and first rider entering the ring. Thank you!

We will be setting up at QSEC from 10.30am today so if anyone is av...ailable to help it would be greatly appreciated * NO DOGS ALLOWED ON GROUNDS* 1. Start times and draw - Please note the change to start times for Saturday - this is to ensure everyone gets to ride in daylight! - Ring 1 6.30am course walk for 7am sharp start - Ring 2 7am course walk for 7.30am sharp start - We will be running to draw order as much as possible (some people have multiple horses in multiple rings so this can change a little). As scratchings can happen throughout the day please regularly check your class to see if there's any changes in your ride spot. - We will be doing live scoring so that you can see how many riders have already gone. After the first 5 riders equipe will begin to give approximate ride times for that class (again please regularly check as this updates - the links to the equipe apps were provided in a previous post) 2. COVID SAFE EVENT - To ensure we meet the requirements of running an event during a global pandemic you MUST adhere to the following as part of your agreeance to attend -NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC - Everyone must sign in and check out using the nominate app. Scan codes will be on the gates as you enter and exit. You have the ability to enter multiple people under the one app - everyone who attends must do this - Riders must hand in horse health declarations on arrival - MUST FOLLOW ALL COVID BIOSURITY PLANS - MUST MAINTAIN 1.5mtr SOCIAL DISTANCE AT ALL TIMES - DO NOT ENTER IF ARE SICK OR SHOWING SIGNS OF FLU - MUST NOT HAVE TRAVELLED FROM A RESTRICTED AREA - MUST NOT HAVE RETURNED FROM OVERSEAS IN LAST 14 DAYS - Riders, Strappers, Helpers will be given wrist bands once all Covid requirements are meet. No band no ride. - NO DOGS ALLOWED ON GROUNDS. We as riders understand that this makes a change in how prior to March we attended events but in order to be able to compete and have competitions this is the only way.
