08.01.2022 Tai Chi for the West Coast is available again from 21 Sept Sometimes life gets in the way but for now everything is back to normal Thanks for the support and words of encouragement, I look forward to seeing you all back next class

03.01.2022 Today I am reminded that Friday is the commencement of the Easter period and therefore there will be no Tai Chi Friday or Monday We will return to normal for all classes from Wednesday onwards Have a safe holiday period and return to Tai Chi as life permits Regards Bob
