07.01.2022 LAST CALL FOR VICTORIAN SPORTS ORGS - CLOSES 12PM SATURDAY Are you lacking something to play for this lockdown? Need a goal to achieve? Is your competitive spirit unable to shine? Introducing the Pride Cup Trivia Championship presented by Queersport and Dean Arcuri - DEANation.... HOW IT WORKS Each club/group will nominate two representatives from their ranks - they can be a player, committee member or volunteer - as long as they have a strong link to your sporting group. These two representatives will face off with representatives from rival sports in a 3 round competition. The first round will be knowledge of the oppositions sport, the second is general knowledge and the third round is a wildcard. The winner moves on to take on the next team in the bracket. PRIZES Participating clubs will recieve prizes for winning each round while the Trivia Champion will recieve a grand prize to fund equipment for their club, team or organisation! ELIGIBILITY Any inclusive sporting group based in Victoria is eligible to join - you could be a LGBTQI+ group that only meets occasionally, or one that fights for championships every weekend (well, usually...) 06.01.2022 Bushrangers Basketball recently appointed an Indigenous & Social Engagement Manager (Congrats Courtney!) and altered their logo to be more inclusive of BIPOC peoples. To celebrate the launch of their new logo we are selling iron on patches with all profits going directly to The Healing Foundation.
