06.01.2022 Details of Your Visit to Our Cafe I feel I have to write this in the wake of those unthoughtful individuals who travelled to Melbourne and then returned carrying the Covid-19 Virus back to Queensland It is a Health Regulation to leave your personal details on pages provided if you are going to enjoy some time engaging in social interaction at Quench. This is not OUR rule, it is the rule of the Health Department in an effort to track individuals if there is a break out of the... Virus in the area Some customers in various cafes around the country seem to think its funny to call themselves Batman, Mickey Mouse or Superman in an attempt to avoid "detection" by the Government - while this may seem like a personal stand against rights infringements ... consider this ... If one of those young ladies carrying the virus visited any cafe in your area, would you not want to be contacted as a safety precaution against any risk to you or your family To update anyone who is not familiar with the life of the paperwork which is used in cafes, please understand that these lists are kept by us for a period of 56 days after which they are destroyed. Nothing is sent to any Government Department for use and nothing is kept by the business owners for any future use I hope this puts everybody at ease with the reason behind the leaving of details at any Social areas in Queensland Rest assured the team at Quench take every precaution to ensure your safety with our sanitising procedures.
