05.01.2022 The Small Tweaks That Create The Biggest Transformations In Associate Practices! Today I’m going to reveal the small tweaks that create the biggest transformations in Associate practices. This will help start increasing volume of service by dealing with team member dynamics... ....without having to continue policing everyone in the practice ... .... without needing to create mini me chiropractors .....while giving individuals more choice & autonomy Phil came to us as a multi-doctor practice owner that was having trouble with the dynamics within the staff. He thought if he could get everyone doing things the same way he did, there wouldn’t be any problems. The trouble was, with so many different personalities and personal agenda’s in the mix things were never going to be done the same way he did them! However, there is a way to create cohesion within a team so the individuals can bring the best version of themselves to the practice while still being on-brand. We helped Phil connect the values of the business back to the brand and then communicate it to the team in such a way that they could all pull together towards a big, inspiring common vision (and bring their personal super powers to enhance it.) Once this system was implemented, the volume and service of Phil’s practice increased significantly. In sync with that, the profits increased and Phil ended up with more freedom from the practice since he was no longer needed as much.
