24.01.2022 Gratitude helps us to see what is there, instead of what isn’t.

Location: Studio in Ferntree Gully, Address given out once booking has been confirmed. Please Contact me for booking or further questions on the workshop. Everything you do, the pace you keep, the feelings you have, and the choices you make are influenced by the rhythmic timer of your breath. This will be an intensive workshop on breathwork, when we breathe well, we create the optimum conditions for health and well-being. I look forward to those who will be joining the workshop. With kindness, Helen Ramsden

22.01.2022 Just when the caterpillar thought the world was ending, he turned into a butterfly. It doesn’t matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop. Never give up, for that is just the time and place that the tide will change.

19.01.2022 I have many favourite quotes, but one of my favourites is; People deal too much with the negative, with what is wrong. Why not try and see positive things, to just touch those things and make them bloom. ~ Thich Nhat Hanh Do you have a favourite quote?... I would love you to share it below. See more

14.01.2022 ALLOW LIFE TO BE JUST AS IT IS. Allowing means letting be the thoughts, emotions, feelings, or sensations you are experiencing. You may have a strong wish that all these unpleasant feelings would go away, but if you become willing to be present with, what is, a different understanding arises within. Allowing is essential to healing. Helen Ramsden #mindfulnesscoach

14.01.2022 Meditation and mindfulness create a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. Various studies demonstrate that it can help relieve stress - as well as reduce anxiety, reduce inflammation, and improve memory and attention, as well. 10.01.2022 You are responsible for your happiness. In fact, you create it, you attract it. You manifest it. You are the architect of your reality. You choose your thoughts, your perceptions, and your reactions to external forces. You possess all the tools needed to expand your awareness, to orchestrate the evolution of your consciousness, to choose happiness, to choose love. You are that powerful. Create the life you deserve.

07.01.2022 A WARM THANK YOU Well what a year 2020 has presented, who could of known what was about to unfold for the world. There have been many challenges as well as positives that have come out of Covid. I would like to thank you all for your support, comments and interaction. Also a big thank you to all who have joined in online for meditation classes, c...ourses, distant healing and Mindfulness Wellbeing sessions with me. I wish you all a safe, happy and relaxing festive season with family and friends. I look forward to connecting with you in the New Year. With kindness Helen Ramsden See more

04.01.2022 You either walk inside your story and own it, or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness. ~ Brene Brown

03.01.2022 I thought this written piece by an anonymous person, just might resonate for some of you. Maybe she’s blowing you off. Maybe she’s a bad friend. Maybe she is keeping you in her back pocket for a rainy day. It’s entirely possible. Or maybe she’s busy. Maybe her plate is completely full. Maybe she’s coping the best way she knows how. Maybe she’s stressed. Maybe she’s maxed out. Maybe stuff isn’t going her way, and she’s saving her energy.... Maybe she really did miss your text. Maybe she is overwhelmed with kids, family, and bills. Maybe she’s trying her best, but her best isn’t much right now. Maybe anxiety is getting in the way and rearing its ugly head, as it so often does. Maybe it has nothing to do with you at all. Maybe it’s about her. There are a million reasons she might be falling short. Maybe it really is that things have run their course. It’s a sad part of life, but it is, nonetheless, a part of life. Only you can make that call. But, then again, maybe it’s something else. Don’t forget to give the benefit of the doubt. Don’t forget to cut her some slack. Don’t forget to forgive. Don’t forget sometimes friendship means loving each other through the tough seasons, and the rainy weather, and all the ups and downs. May we hold each other in the good times and in the rough times even if that means giving space... I see you sister. To those I have been too busy for - I love you, I’m sorry. To those who have been distant from me - I love you, I understand. -Anonymous
