17.01.2022 As a leader of others, as a thought-influencer, is the level of your evolved judgemental faculty an asset or a liability? Shirzad Chamine, Authour of Positive Intelligence says: "The Judge is often well disguised, and that we often don’t realize when we are judging. Most feelings of stress, anxiety, frustration, disappointment, regret, and guilt are the direct results of judging yourself, others, situations, or outcomes".

08.01.2022 As leaders, and we each lead in so many aspects of our lives, are we leading what we project on to others? Are we leading others as they really are? Are we reading the circumstances or are we creating from what we project? http://bit.ly/2x8NH9r

05.01.2022 As independent professionals grow their businesses with their unique interpretations of need and service, so do discipline purists strive to differentiate by value. At the end of the day, the question must be asked: Did the client get the help they asked for? Today clients do ask for a combination of engagement value. I believe that client centered thinking should have a place in the dialogue - not always, not exclusively, but respectfully. Then we professional service providers have the obligation to explain differences of approaches and value. And as each service discipline attains the status of profession, this brings value and success.

03.01.2022 Bravely approach the future in the now.......and see and show how you as an individual can make a difference. And then, inspire others - to see and show of their own.

02.01.2022 "There is no such thing as Business, Company, Organization or Corporation! There are only PEOPLE having meaningful CONVERSATIONS. Be it manager to employee, professional to client, business to business - all starts with a conversation. Imagine where the entire value chain in an operation is consciously viewed as valued connections between human beings where conversations are nurtured with respect!" JD'S

01.01.2022 This was my comment to my friend at The Institute of Executive Coaching (where I obtained my Coaching Certification): Thanks Mandy. Some great reminders. For me, the biggest thrill as a leader in some opportunities before becoming a coach, is the absolute thrill of allowing and creating the opportunities for others to 'flower'. There is a manifest energy for 'me as leader' that is compelling and more-ish! When this is sustained there is created a dimension of co-existence in the workplace and beyond that approximates to what High Performing Teams programs strive for. The emotional rewards are worth far more than credit is given. I have not yet seen any research that shows this kind of impact on the leader.
