11.01.2022 AN UPDATE FROM NSW; : It is to expected that NSW 491 program will open soon and you can submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) for NSW 491 under one of the following 3 streams:... * Living & working in regional NSW * Recently completed study in regional NSW * Living & working outside of NSW The occupation list will be decided by the local RDA body while the nomination criteria will remain same for all the regional bodies. The common criteria to be eligible to apply for NSW 491 nominations under any of these streams is - You must have a relevant skill assessment for an eligible occupation from your nominated region’s skills occupation list. . & ? You could be eligible to apply for NSW 491 nomination through this stream if: - You have been residing in regional NSW and working in your nominated occupation (or closely nominated occupation) for at least past 12 months . ? If yes, you could be eligible for NSW 491 if: - You have completed your study from an Education provider located in a regional NSW in the last 2 years - Your study has been assessed to be closely related to your nominated occupation and fulfills the Australian study requirements - You have been residing in regional NSW while completing your education . & ?
