18.01.2022 United Gladstone is now providing a convenient experience for their customers implementing our QuickFuel drive-through solution to entice customers and generate more sales. QuickFuel drive-through at United Gladstone allows the customer to navigate their way to the drive-through display, communicate with the cashier over a speaker whilst viewing and finalising their order displayed by the system. The order can then be bumped off by the cashier to automatically appear on the kitchen video screen, where staff can view and prepare meals accordingly. "We want to sincerely thank you for your help last night when all our pumps went out of order due to a faulty blue box. In that late-night hour, you have done a great job by being with us all along and providing us professional as well as moral support. As you can envisage how bad it could be if a truck stop has all the 10 bowsers kapoot.... It was your support team who gave the idea to get an electrician to see to it. We were only focusing on getting a pump technician from Gilbarco (located in other towns). We got an electrician and put him through your team and got four pumps back (two diesel for trucks and one each ULP and Ultimate 98). This interface provides Fleetcard customers with the confidence that their transactions are live and correctly handled by the system.
