22.01.2022 We’d like to share some important updates on how Quick Lane is operating during these uncertain times. Your health and safety remain our first priority, and we want to be able to continue to provide all your car servicing needs in an appropriate way. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We ask that you please respect social distancing when visiting our store. Our large premises allow us to easily abide by current protocols, and we have arranged for a sm...aller team to staff the store. Upon arrival, please do not enter our store. Instead, give us a call and wait in your vehicle within our spacious car park. You don’t need to book an appointment at Quick Lane, you can simply turn up and we will see you as soon as possible. Once you are called, we ask that you step away from the car and we’ll drive it from the carpark into the service bay. Throughout servicing, we will communicate and keep you in the loop via your phone. To reduce the risk of transmission, we ask that you avoid paying with cash where possible. We suggest paying over the phone or through contactless ‘tap and go’ methods. Once we are finished, we will return your car to the carpark. We take care to wipe down all touch surfaces, to ensure you leave with a sanitised and serviced car. Lastly, we ask that you do not visit us if you are feeling unwell, have been overseas within the last two weeks or have been in contact with someone who has been unwell or recently travelled. We can provide free phone consultations for anyone who needs assistance. Stay safe, and we hope to see you soon.
