25.01.2022 Tim of Safestyle's vision is clear - create eyewear for tradies that is both safe and cool. Venturing out on his own, not so much. Replacing 'speed dealer' tradie sunglasses with something much sleeker and stylish is a revolutionary idea. But, being a full-time tradie, Tim found it difficult to stay on top of all the jobs that would allow his business to flourish. Tim recognised that he needed help quickly. He put his trust in us and established a Quickmail account. ... He is now free to focus his energy on Safestyle's marketing and developing new products. Get peace of mind that your products are in safe hands. Reach out to us and let us help you, the same way we did Tim and Safestyle. https://quickmail.com.au/safestyle/

24.01.2022 Quickmail understands first-hand that many small business owners will start a new venture on their own. We want to know, in what moment did you realise you needed help? ... Was it when you were still in the office at 9pm with no sign of a weekend in sight? Was it when your spare room became a packing room, which then overflowed to your lounge, then dining room and then bedroom? Was it when you were so overwhelmed with orders you felt like quitting? 22.01.2022 Meet Our Team! Say hello to Brett. "I'm full of love, but not a hippy." Brett is the Production Manager at Quickmail. ... Brett sets up jobs for printing, inserting, mailing and bulk parcels. He takes great pride in ensuring that all jobs are processed efficiently and correctly. 1- What does a typical day at Quickmail look like for you? As the production manager, my first duty of the day is to set up the daily schedule and allocate staff. Throughout the day, I will set up jobs, check on those in progress - including random spot checks and amend as needed. At any given time you could find me - Driving the forklift Using Indesign with XMPie On an inserting machine or the plastic wrap Liaising with clients, Australia Post or with staff. I do what I can to try and keep everyone happy. It is easier than it sounds though, because at Quickmail we have great staff. The clients are pretty good too! 2- Tell us some fun facts about you. I love my family I love my animals I love my job I have also recently started teaching myself basic carpentry, and I am in the process of making my own cabinets for my shed. 21.01.2022 Do you still enjoy checking what is in your letterbox? Although much of our communication is now delivered electronically, there is still very much a place for direct mail. So what is Direct Mail? ... Direct mail is a form of marketing where you send any physical correspondence to your customers. Great examples of these are brochures, catalogs, postcards or even newsletters. Direct Mail does not have specific guidelines. All your customers, or potential customers, need to see is your business information, a call to action (CTA), and an easy way to get in touch. There is space for creativity in the direct mail space, and currently, often less competition. Why does Direct Mail still work in today's climate? How many times have you seen a promotional offer in your letterbox and put that mail onto your fridge, or saved it somewhere? When you're interested; often. Direct Mail is interactive. Your customers need to pick it up. They need to make a decision about what to do with it. There is no mindless scrolling here, they are more likely to remember. Finally, do you have a target market that is notoriously not active on social media? Direct Mail will have a broader reach for these demographics. Wondering how direct mail can work for your business? Quickmail have extensive experience and we would love to share this with you and see how to integrate it into your marketing strategy. To find out more head to the weblink below or contact us on (08) 9493 0477. https://quickmail.com.au/mail/

13.01.2022 How did the Covid-19 isolation period affect your business? Did you slow down, close or did you pivot your business? We wanted to share with you what happened here at Quickmail during the 'quiet' time of isolation. The shutdown period was a VERY busy one for the team at Quickmail. While other businesses were closing, we were in the positive position to be growing.... In that time we took on 17 new fulfillment customers. This totalled more than 300 pallets worth of stock and thousands of different SKUS (stock keeping units) for our warehouse. What did this mean to us? We had to totally redesign our warehouse layout to allow more racking and shelving for these customers. This growth period meant we also expanded into the rear unit of our building as well. Our team all worked extremely hard during this time to integrate, and onboard, these new customers as efficiently and seamlessly as possible. These new clients sell a diverse range of items including childrens and ladies shoes, brake pads, medical supplies, cook books, giftware and reuseable packaging. You can see from the images below just how full our warehouses are! Although we are certainly very busy, we do have selected space still available and would love to connect with new e-commerce businesses. If you would like to find out more about what we offer and how fulfillment services work simply head to link below or contact us via DM. https://quickmail.com.au/fulfilment/
