14.01.2022 I put 2 coats on yesterday. The first coat was a sealer and second was a gloss polyurethane. Its definitely brush box timber, you can see the greasy film on top in the last 2 pics. So I'll have to solvent wash this one before the final coat of satin is applied.

14.01.2022 We made up a special filler for this job to fill the larger gaps. Some before, during and after. Came up beautiful.
