20.01.2022 Hi everyone, just in tome for christmas i have a few openings to add a few extra people who would like their ironing taken care of and ironed/folded for them. 18.01.2022 HINT OF THE WEEK!!!! When washing all jumpers whether they are woollens or acrylics do not put in dryer. If you do no matter if you put on low heat or not thy will shrink by at least 2 sizes... To make sure your jumpers stay beautiful and at the same size just hang them on large plastic hangers ( Not metal hangers ) and strech them to there original shape and let them hang till dry. Then simply shake them out and fold. Even better get them ironed thy will look beautiful... Happy ironing

10.01.2022 Hi everyone, Hope everyone is well, I am getting asked if washing and ironing will kill viruses.. Please dnt panic and stay well informed.... I spoke to a very close friend that is very well informed and very knowledgeable and i trust his word. WASHING WITH DETERGENT WILL KILL AND DESTROY AND ANY VIRUS.... 100% IRONING WILL DO THE SAME , ON EXTREME HIGH HEAT, SAME AS DRY CLEANERS. If any one worried please dnt be as long as you are being careful and cautious. There are alot of people that are will to help...... 10.01.2022 HINT OF THE WEEK!!!!!! If your runners have become a little dirty and need a little spruce up but drying them drives you insane!!!! Easy way to dry them is tie shoe laces together, drape the shoe laces over the dryer door so the runners are hanging in front of the dryer door. ( inside the barrel). Make sure the runners dont hit the botoom of the barrel while turning. Once that is all sorted put the dryer on med/low heat and dry . Check your runners every 45mins or so. This is an easy way to dry them quickly or simply just hang then outside and let the sun and wind do their thing.... Happy ironing

09.01.2022 HINT OF THE WEEK!!!! These little gems are just simple housekeeping to make sure everything runs smoothly when washing and drying and ironing and cleaning!!!! 1) clean lint from dryer with a vacuum cleaner making sure door nooks and cranies are super clean and airvents too 2)washing machine traps lots of lint make sure these lint traps are clean or no matter how many times you wash you will always get fluff on your darks!! 3)Clean your iron once every 3months. Open up little ...hatch and descale iron.. If you keep your appliances super clean thy will last twice as long and will have no trouble washing and drying and ironing... Happy ironing

08.01.2022 Hint of the week!!! Never iron over decals on t/shirts.. thy will smear colour on your iron and run on your t/shirts. Turn it over with the back of t/shirt facing up on ironing board and iron over the top of it on med heat... turn over to front and steam it gently. Do not press on decal, just above it a few squirts of steam then iron t/shirt properly, being careful to avoid decals.. Happy ironing

08.01.2022 Hi everyone!!! HINT OF THE WEEK!!! If you get a blood stain on your clothes. Do not wash it with hot water it will set stain in. Simply rub it with some toothpaste over affected area and wash with cold water. The compounds in the toothpaste with help break it down. You might need to do this a few times if a large stain.... Happy ironing

07.01.2022 Hi everyone!!!! HINT OF THE WEEK This is an oldie but a goodie Once you have put your lights or darks in the dryer always add a tennis ball.. do not overfill the dryer otherwise theres no airflow and will double the time to dry your clothes. The tennis ball makes your clothes move around more efficiently and will dry clothes faster... Side notes.... lint makes great fire starters for conaras... HAPPY IRONING See more

06.01.2022 HINT OF THE WEEK!!! To keep your iron in tip top condition and to keep you soleplate sparly clean just do this once a month. 1) Get a large piece of baking paper 2) Put 1/2 a cup of salt on the paper 3: Gently rub a warm soleplate over the salt on the paper for close to 2 minutes at a time..... The rubbing will clean any built up grime on the plate. Do this a few times until the plate is clean... Then gently clean with a clean dry cloth. Happy ironing See more

05.01.2022 HINT OF THE WEEK.... Hi everyone, Hope you are all keeping your clothes bright , white and beautiful.... Very easy way to whiten those dull looking whites are a few little handy hints... 2 old school remedies that may help are these 2 beauties....... 1) When washing whites make sure you add a little dishwashing powder into your normal washing powder and run through as normal... this always whitens your lightly discoloured whites... 2) Always use vinegar in your normal washing cycle, its softens your clothes beautifully and makes them brighter as well... These little hints work well. Somtimes you might need to do it a few times but they work Hope these little hints help you with your washing ... Stay well and HAPPY IRONING
