05.01.2022 For all those concerned about the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite recall. There are some vehicles which we have installed brake controllers into which were part of the faulty batch. Please note however, that our installations strictly adhere to the installation instructions as given out by Redarc, as such there is no risk to any of our customers. The fault only effects incorrectly installed controllers which have not adhered to these instructions. Once we receive replacement stock, we will contact all of the customers whom had us install these controllers in the applicable date range to arrange replacement of the recalled units.
