23.01.2022 Introverts Vs Extroverts. Actually, it's NOT a competition. If you want to talk about diversity in the workplace, this is something you should consider. Worth watching if you're an introvert (things you already know about yourself), an extrovert (things you should know about introverts), a manager - when you're trying to leverage the most from your diverse workforce.... or generally just a human being who is curious about those around them. Only 3.34 minutes long - grab a coffee, watch & listen and then reflect about how you can make your workplace more inclusive to the quieter members of the team - not shy, not antisocial... just introverts. Don't be fooled.... there's a rich world beneath that quiet exterior.

14.01.2022 It's been a while! A lot of introverts were enjoying the peace and quiet of working from home without the usual external forces that want us to socialise with others. Would be interested to hear how introverts are handling/handled the isolation during Covid and what are you doing now that you may have to go back to the workplace?
