21.01.2022 A good and timely reminder. Whether working from home or starting to return to the office, it is vital that everyone feels connected and safe and heard after this challenging period of social isolation and loneliness. 1 in 2 Australians reported an increased sense of both loneliness and social isolation in a recent study from Swinburne University.... And this is where the gifts of mindfulness and meditation can be so powerful. Gathering your team together for a shared Mindfulness experience can give them some valuable ‘life tools’ .. so they can more effectively relax, connect, listen and communicate, collaborate and create, and laugh together. A realization that we are all in this together and that we have some tools to navigate this period of uncertainty. If you would like to discuss a meditation and mindfulness program or workshop for you team - email [email protected] Melbourne or Zoom.

06.01.2022 JOIN US .. it's FREE .. LIVE on Instagram every Wednesday at 9am (aest) The month of May, here in the southern hemisphere, is all about the wisdom of releasing and letting go. Just as the tree releases her leaves to nourish the ground and roots in preparation for new growth in Spring - we too can benefit from wisely releasing what no longer serves us.... This mantra is one that I know well .. and have practiced for many years. There are times in daily life when the 'Let Go' mantra is all that I need to soften and step back .. to release any grasping or attempts to control. And for a moment to just be ok with what is. JOIN ME No experience necessary. All welcome. Wednesday 5th May 9am-9:30am (Melbourne time) *FREE *on INSTAGRAM LIVE at /QuietMindMeditation

01.01.2022 LIVE guided meditation on Instagram Every Wednesday 9am (Melbourne) JOIN US .. it's FREE!... WED 26th MAY Savouring has been defined as "the use of thoughts and actions to increase the intensity, duration, and appreciation of positive experiences and emotions". Mindfulness invites us to observe the present moment without judging it; Savouring invites us into the present moment but with a heightened sense of appreciation and gratitude. Savouring brings an appreciative attention .. an expanded mindfulness to the moment or to our meditation. Research has begun to show that the benefits of savouring are similar to those of mindfulness: improving mood, leading to greater life satisfaction and increased feelings of gratitude and appreciation. And, Savouring is joyful. JOIN ME - Wed. 26th May at 9am for a Savouring Meditation. No experience necessary. All welcome. *FREE *on INSTAGRAM LIVE at /QuietMindMeditation
