The subtle texture adds interest to your work, great for Boro and Sashiko, bag making, baby quilts and boys as well! We are able to work with "pat the postman" if you are unable to visit to make your selection. Give us a call

24.01.2022 ZIG ZAG DIAMOND Quilt workshop is the third in our beginner series. Focusing on quick piecing, simplified construction, stunning design options this project is also jelly roll friendly. Class starting March23rd contact the shop to enroll.

17.01.2022 Batting bits and Wadding leftovers. You have been busy using fabrics from your stash, how about the wadding and batting bits and pieces? We stock No Sew BATTING JOINER - a strong fusible that can be used to join wadding pieces together. This tape can be applied to any batting from mixed blends, poly, cotton or wool. Simply straighten the edges, but together, cover with the tape, cover with baking paper (to stop any sticking) press with dry iron!

We have however made some adjustments to our normal schedules, please note that all classes, workshops and sit ‘n’sew sessions have been cancelled until further notice. Whilst we know you will understand our decisions, you can be sure that I will still be in the shop with the door open to serve, help and assist you in any way that I can. We can send/post/dispatch anything you need, Postman Pat is still wo...rking as well. Fabrics, threads etc can be matched, chosen and forwarded to you with assistance from mobile phone, Facebook and shop internet. We will continue to post on Facebook.
