01.01.2022 This week the QFL Team welcomed our newest member and Associate, Rebecca Halpin. Rebecca was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2017 and was appointed to the role of Associate at Quinn Family Law in September 2020. Rebecca holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and Bachelor of Communications from Griffith University. ... Rebecca was drawn to the legal profession as an opportunity to combine over 10 years of communications expertise with a passion for advocacy and helping people navigate arguably the most difficult time in their lives. She has practised solely in family law since her admission in 2017. Rebecca’s ethos centres around empowering clients to proactively take control of their family law matters, whilst remaining commercially-minded. Rebecca delivers clients tailored and high quality legal advice whilst articulately advancing clients’ positions throughout the negotiation process and in litigation. Areas of particular interest include Financial Agreements, complex parenting disputes and family violence matters.
